Returns are Free: We offer hassle-free returns, and you have a 7-day window from the date of shipping to initiate a return.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund amount. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

One-Time Exchange: The return/exchange process is a one-time event. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned a second time.

Discounted Items: Items purchased using discount codes or during promotional sales can be exchanged, but the exchange will be made at the original (non-discounted) price of the new perfume.

Processing Time: Return/Exchange requests are processed within 3-5 working days from the date we receive your return package.

Exchange Delivery Charges: If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with the new exchange order.

Tester Boxes: Please be aware that tester boxes are not included in our return and exchange policy. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Before sending your return, you must message us on Instagram or WhatsApp to receive the correct return address.
(Please note: the return address is different from the one printed on your package receipt.) -
Customers are required to send their return package via a reputable courier company.
