At ZoCulture, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates 

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 for orders of up to 2 perfumes.
• Free Shipping: For orders of 3 perfumes or more, shipping is free.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email (if provided) so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delays & Exceptions
Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
